Theresa Pogson started as an Assistant Secretary with Cranesville Borough in 1999 and moved up to Secretary/Treasurer in 2010. She attended her first PA Local Governmental Secretaries Association’s (former name for PAMA) Conference in 2001. Theresa received her Certified Governmental Secretary designation (later changed to Certified Governmental Administrator) in 2007. She became a Notary Public in 2009 and a member of PAMA’s Board in 2015.
