The Pennsylvania Association of Municipal Administrators (PAMA) will hold its 67th Annual Conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh Cranberry from September 13–16, 2026. This conference offers valuable opportunities for education, networking, and professional development.
The cross-section of our membership and the size of our organization provide our members
with a unique experience to interact with colleagues from throughout the Commonwealth
while having an educational experience with first class presenters.
- Exhibit Show: Sunday evening – Monday
- General Session/Business Meeting: Monday-Wednesday
- Classes Monday – Tuesday
Topics include: Personnel Challenges; Regeneration Starts from Within; Grants; Finance and Budgeting; Legislative Update;
Population Roundtables; and more! - Food and Fun – from Welcome Reception to hosted lunches to the Annual Awards

Conference Scholarships Available
PAMA will be awarding an undetermined number of Mary Weller First-time Attendee Grants.
To receive a grant, you must be a first-time Conference attendee.
It is easy to apply – simply write a one-page letter to PAMA indicating the reasons why you feel you should be awarded the grant and send it to PAMA Headquarters.
